1. What animals do you process?
We provide licensed on-farm slaughter and butchery for sheep and goats.
We handle all animals calmly, respectfully and humanely.

3. Do you slaughter the animals on my farm?
Yes. We are a fully mobile slaughter service, so we come directly to your property.
This keeps animals calm and avoids stressful transport to an abattoir.
4. Is your slaughter method humane?

Animals are handled quietly, with patience and minimal movement.
Our methods follow UK regulations and humane best practice.
5. Do I need any special facilities on my farm or smallholding?
No specialist facilities are required.
We only need:
Safe access for our vehicle
A suitable outdoor working area
Clean water supply (preferred but not always essential)
If you’re unsure, we can advise based on your setup.
6. Can I choose the cuts during butchery?
Absolutely.
We offer custom butchery, including:

7. Will I get meat from my own animal?
Yes — always.
We never batch or mix animals like some abattoirs do, your animal is is processed completely at your location.
You receive the meat from your animal only, ensuring complete transparency.
8. Are there any hidden costs?
No.
We guarantee transparent pricing.
The price you're quoted is exactly what you pay — no unexpected fees.
9. When do I notify livestock movements?
For home slaughter, you simply record a death on the Livestock Information Service (LIS).
We can guide you if you're unsure how to do it.
10. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons.
Contact us and we’ll arrange the soonest available date.
11. How do I prepare my animal?
Keep animals:
Keep animals in a dry space the night before we arrive, to prevent contamination
Off hard feed for a short period
In a safe, accessible area
If you need help preparing, just call — we’ll guide you.
