Hi, I’m Richard, and I live in Cambridgeshire. I’m the founder of Green Fields Home Kill and Butchery, a business built on over 20 years of experience in the meat trade — and a lifelong passion for animal welfare. As a smallholder and livestock owner myself, I truly understand the needs of fellow farmers and smallholders.
